Workshop registration includes:
- Gadgets
- Lunches and coffee breaks on June 25th
- Welcome Reception on June 25th
Extra tickets
Extra tickets for Welcome Reception on June 25th, Social City Tour with dinner on June 26th, Social dinner on June 27th can be purchased during registration. Add the extra tickets amount to the registration fee, and make the payment accordingly.
The fees for the extra tickets are the followings

Author Policy
At least one “Author Registration” per paper accepted is required before April, 20th.
Student Policy
For registrations at the student rate, a proof of student status – such as a confirmation of registration provided by the university or a confirmation letter by the PhD advisor - must be sent by email to abz2024@unibg.it together with the payment receipt.
Visa Information
If you need a visa for traveling to Italy, we can provide you with an invitation letter needed for obtaining the visa. You have to explicitly indicate it in the email when you send the payment receipt to abz2024@unibg.it.
